Training courses are all Non Refundable.

Deposit payment is confirmation of your attendance and the amount paid will automatically be taken off the amount owed!

Failure to attend your course will be charged the full payment, losing deposit paid!

Should you not be able to make the chosen date, you should email us at earliest convenience so we can try to offer another date, this must be no later than 48 hours prior to the course

Mannequin heads are borrowed for fast track courses, these Must be retuned to Rose Gold UK for 2nd part of the training date, failing to do so will result in a £50 charge.

Please do not bring your own kit to our training courses, we use all our own brand of products and we encourage only purchasing our Lash starter kits for all beginner courses to maintain eceptional results.

Please arrive on time, lateness of 30 minutes will be marked as a no show unless we have prior arrangement!

We will provide lunch, snacks and refreshments, its important you let us know of any allergies when booking.

You may supply your own model, please make sure you have confirmed this on your booking form. If you cannot provide one we will get one for you. Models are not able to stay during the theory. Arrival time 12;45 and pick up at 4;30 pm

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

We will send a confirmation to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation & tracking number if applicable, Royal Mail will have the most current information regarding your package. After it has left our premises, we are not liable for your package.
If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the name of the business as well as the name of the recipient.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information. Rose Gold Uk will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail or any domestic delivery service used in the originated country of purchase.
Rose Gold UK Return Policy
If in the unlikely event you have received a faulty product or if you are dissatisfied with an item and would like a return or exchange, please notify us by email at info@rosegoldhq.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer exchange on items that are sealed and unused. This does not include tweezers which can not be returned for hygiene reasons. If we are not notified within 14 days of receiving the product, it will not be able to be refunded or exchanged.
We offer refunds on items that arrive faulty. You will need to contact Rose Gold Uk within 14 days of receiving your product via email, and provide images and a full description of the issue. This will then be assessed by the Rose Gold UK team. If we receive an item back that we do not think is eligible for a refund, a refund will not be processed and your item may be sent back out to you.
Please note, we are not liable for the costs of returning any items. If you are wanting to send a product back to us, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
In the occasion where an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with the option of exchanging these items or receiving a refund. The email we contact you on will be the one linked to your Rose Gold UK account. If we do not get a reply within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise in the email) then a refund will be automatically processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for this refund to show in your account.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
To book an appointment at Rose Gold UK you must use our online booking system 'Fresha'
We no longer will take over the phone appointments due to time wasters in the past!
We acknowledge that even though the HQ glow up is not booked through our fresha, you must agree to the following T&C's before confirming!

How it works!
When making any booking, Fresha will never automatically confirm your appointment until you have completed all the steps required. You will be asked to confirm your appointment using the capture feature on the app! This means you wont be asked for a deposit to secure the appointments but you should make sure you agree to the terms before committing to your booking.

Cancelation Policy

If you have to cancel anytime up to 48 hours before your appointment then you can do this free of charge.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours you will automatically be charged 50% of the whole appointment cost

If you cancel your appointment within 24hours you will automatically be charged for the full amount of the appointment amount.

If you cancel on the day your appointment you will automatically be charged for the full amount of the appointment amount.
Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment free of charge

You may only reschedule an original booking a maximum of 3 times after that our cancellation policy will take effect

You wont be able to make changes to your booking past 48 hours and our cancelation conditions will take effect.

No Shows Policy

No Shows? If you just don't turn up to your appointment you will be charged for the full amount of the appointment amount. To re Book we may ask that you pay 50% deposit.

If you don not show up to more than 1 booking you will be banned from using our booking system.

Do not assume your appointment is confirmed unless you have agreed to the terms and conditions and you have received your text and email confirmation. Check your junk/spam folder. If you still are awaiting confirmation 30 minutes after please check the details you entered would have been correct by logging back into your fresha account. ARRIVALS
Rose Gold HQ cannot take responsibility for plus 1's, children or babies, the salon is very busy and lash appointments require full rest and patience. We also advise you to switch mobile phones to silent as constant checking of the phone is not tolerated. This seriously takes away precious appointment time. Whilst we appreciate some of you may have children or maybe expecting an important phone call so this cannot be done but for those that can please do! We all love to have coffee but we also know that this can also make our eyes twitch and flutter when closed so we recommend leaving out coffee before your appointment. Please don't be offended if we also ask for a silent appointment if you are overly expressional as this can be very difficult to lash with movement.

Please arrive on time maximum of 5 minutes early and no longer than 15 minutes grace to allow for parking.
If you arrive over 20 minutes late this will mean a cancelation of your appointment and Rose Gold Uk reserves the rights to charge you full amount of your appointment as stated in our cancelation policy.
We advise that makeup around the eyes is removed and any previous strip lash glue before lash appointment you may be charged for a lash cleanse £5.
Contact lenses must removed prior to any eye treatments.

INFILLS
We do not offer foreign fills, you will need to book a removal followed by a full set. To qualify for an infill you must have 40% or more of lash extensions left. If you have left it over 4 weeks to book your infills then this will be charged as a full set and you may have to reschedule for time reasons.
Lash cleanser kits are available to purchase in the salon and failure to maintain clean lashes will take longer time to get cleaned and prepared for infilling. If makeup is heavily applied onto the lashes and cleaning has not been regular your extensions will rapidly fall off during our cleansing and this will end in a full set needed. This may cause disappointment if there are not enough appointment times available and this would need to be rebooked
Any vouchers purchased must be redeemed within 6 months from the purchase date. These cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and can only be used with Rose Gold UK. There is no cash alternative. Rose Gold UK Vouchers can be used as payment for lash & spray tanning appointments.

When we have confirmed your request, our Cancellation Policy will apply. You will need to confirm the booking once the email or text link arrives from Fresha, this is a standard process. It is important that the correct contact details are provided on the request form!
As the Glow up includes more than 1 treatment with other members of the team, if the appointment is not confirmed then unfortunately the appointment will be cancelled!

Unless stated otherwise coupons and discounts may be used once per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All creators are not tied into any contract and are free to use any brand whilst creating content for Rose GoldUK. Discounts are redeemable on all orders for the duration of being our Creator.
We provide a safe and welcoming group chat for our creators to share and get advice, bullying, racism and any threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
Rose Gold Uk is a colour creative lash supplier and if any creator releases its own brand of lash supplies the creatorship will be terminated. The discount code and referral programme will also be forfeited!
We ask that the personal discount code is NOT shared with others.
