ALL ABOUT ME

My name is Victoria but everyone calls me V, I started my lash business in 2018 and it quickly developed into the most incredibly rewarding career choice I had ever made.  My dedication and passion for lashes was so huge that I began to dream of bigger and better things for my lash business and so I put myself to work to be the best lash artist I can be. 

I consider myself an artist and I do not like the word lash tech after expanding my knowledge, skill and expertise in the industry, I feel 'lash tech' is such an 'OK' interpretation. 

So how did the academy happen! well, I'm sure you have or someone you know has a absolute horror story to tell regarding their experience with lash extensions, and with my care and enthusiasm to lashes I just wanted to start teaching the right way, sharing my successes over the years to students who have a willingness to be a lash artist too!

So with that in mind I set off to create my very own manual which would contain me, in a book! literally everything I have learnt, fails, the theory and science behind lashes and of course the practical side from the patch testing to the aftercare. My success over the years, my retention of clients, the 5* reviews I am so proud of is in depth written in to my manuals. These are not copied or templated from the other sources hence why it took me 11 months to finalise have them accredited and then off for printing.

 Whilst I started my manuals I booked a course to become an AET qualified trainer/Educator so that once I had my manuals I could then apply to the ABT insurers for my accreditation. A very expensive year invested in myself but absolutely worth it. So what does any of that actually mean? 

Without a Valid AET qualification in training/educating, any student passing a course would have an invalid certificate, basically useless and un insurable. 

So the good news is I am a qualified AET trainer/educator and have already successfully created new qualified lash artists who are now well on their way to a great career in lashes. Take a look at all the success stories on the instagram gallery

My goal is to create future lash artists that are fully confident and competent in lashes I want to see my students grow a successful lash business and know that I was part of that process.
